As the full moon reaches her brightest, join us to pause, reflect and release what no longer serves you. Together we’ll share a cup of pure ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine long honoured for opening the heart, followed by a guided full moon meditation, heart-opening breathwork and an optional sharing circle.
No experience is needed, so simply come as you are.

A heart-opening gathering under the light of the full moon
The full moon is a time of fullness and release: a moment to pause, notice what has come to fruition, and let go of what no longer serves us. Join us for an evening of ceremonial cacao, gentle practice and heartfelt connection as we gather in circle beneath her light.
Cacao has been honoured for centuries as a sacred plant medicine, known in many traditions as a gentle opener of the heart. Rich in magnesium and theobromine, it softly warms the body, lifts the spirit and invites us to drop out of the busy mind and into a deeper sense of presence. Unlike some plant medicines, cacao doesn’t take you anywhere. It simply helps you arrive more fully where you are.
What to expect
- Opening the circle: a warm welcome, grounding and setting of sacred space
- Ceremonial cacao: a cup of pure, ethically sourced cacao, shared with intention
- Full moon reflection: a guided journey to honour what you’re ready to release and what you wish to call in
